Order Processing & Delivery

Once your order has been confirmed and processed, we will arrange shipment through one of our selected third-party logistics and delivery partners.

We work with trusted delivery providers to ensure that your products are transported securely, efficiently, and promptly within the UAE.

If there is any unexpected delay in processing or shipping your order, we will contact you with an update and, where possible, provide an estimated revised delivery date.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing the relevant shipment and tracking information, including the tracking number where applicable. You may use this information to track your shipment directly with the appointed delivery service provider.

Delivery Within the UAE

We currently deliver orders within the United Arab Emirates only.

Dubai Orders

Orders within Dubai are generally delivered within 1–2 working days.

Orders Outside Dubai

Orders to other emirates are generally delivered within 1–2 working days, subject to the delivery location, product availability, and the courier's service schedule.

Product Availability

If a requested product is temporarily out of stock, order processing may be delayed by approximately 1–2 working days or longer, depending on product availability.

In the event of a stock-related delay, our team will contact you and provide an update regarding the expected availability and delivery timeline.

Delivery Verification

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important Information

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before requesting a return, refund, exchange, or order cancellation.

Computronic Trading LLC reserves the right to refuse a return, refund, or exchange request where the product is not found to be damaged, defective, or dead on arrival, or where the applicable conditions of this policy have not been met.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Computronic Trading LLC.


Damaged or Missing Items Upon Delivery

Customers must report any item that is:

  • Damaged upon delivery; or

  • Missing from the shipment

within 12 hours of receiving the order.

If the outer packaging appears damaged at the time of delivery, customers should:

  1. Immediately notify the courier or delivery associate;

  2. Contact Computronic as soon as possible;

  3. Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product, where applicable; and

  4. Share the relevant photographs and order details with us for verification.

Failure to report visible damage or missing items within the specified time may affect eligibility for a return, refund, or replacement.


Change of Mind & Unwanted Items

If you change your mind, purchase an unwanted gift, or no longer require an item, you may request a return within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions.

All returned products must:

  • Be in the same condition as sold and delivered;

  • Be completely unused;

  • Be in their original, unopened and sealed factory packaging;

  • Be returned in the original box or packaging;

  • Include all original packing materials;

  • Include manuals, warranty cards, accessories, and other items supplied with the product;

  • Be in a complete and resaleable "as new" condition; and

  • Be accompanied by the original purchase invoice.

Important

Products with opened factory packaging, broken seals, signs of use, installation, activation, or handling may not be eligible for return.

Please do not write, mark, stick labels on, or otherwise damage the product, factory packaging, or original carton.

If you are returning a product because you believe it is defective, please provide a written description of the issue on a separate sheet of paper and include it with the returned product and invoice.

Return Shipping Costs

All returns must be pre-authorized by Computronic Trading LLC before being sent to us.

Once a return has been authorized, the product may be:

  • Delivered by the customer to our Returns Department; or

  • Sent by courier to the designated return address.

All courier, shipping, and transportation costs associated with returning an item are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Computronic Trading LLC.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed only through the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are subject to product inspection and confirmation that all applicable return conditions have been met.

Cancellation Time Limit

Orders may generally be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Cancellation Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed only through the original payment method used for the order.


Price Changes, Promotions & Clearance Offers

Product prices may change from time to time due to:

  • Stock availability; or

  • Other promotional activities.

Computronic Trading LLC is not responsible for price changes resulting from promotions, discounts, clearance offers, or other pricing changes introduced by vendors or by Computronic after an order has been confirmed.

Once an order has been confirmed and a sales invoice has been issued, no refund, credit, adjustment, or compensation will be provided solely because the product price subsequently changes.

This applies whether the price subsequently:

  • Decreases.

Returned Products and Subsequent Price Changes

Where a product is eligible for return under this policy and is returned in its original sealed condition within the applicable return period, any approved refund will be calculated based on the applicable current price and return conditions at the time the return is processed, subject to inspection and approval.

A price change alone does not create an automatic right to cancel an order, request a price adjustment, or claim a refund.
