When you place an order with us at www.computronicuae.com, we will do our best to get your items shipped to you as soon as possible.
If for any reason there is a delay in shipping your product, we will contact you to provide you with a status update and revised delivery date.
We have contracted with select 3rd party shipping providers to ensure secure and speedy delivery of your products, within UAE
Upon shipment of the order, you will receive email of the same with the tracking information including the tracking number of the shipment to track with the shipping service provider.
We currently ship only within UAE. ONLY UAE ISSUED CARDS ARE ACCEPTED.
We also offer Store Pickup facility to our customers. They can place their orders online, make payments and pickup the product from our store address below, based in Dubai. On Requst by email at firstname.lastname@example.org we can provide our Bank Details for Bank Transfers also.

Delivery within UAE
Dubai orders are delivered within 1-2 working days. Non Dubai orders will be delivered between 1-2 working days.
Residents of Dubai have an option of "Express Delivery" where they receive their order within Dubai in 48 Hours of placing the order. Extra delivery charges may apply.
*There may be a delay of 1-2 days if the requested item is out of stock. Our team will contact you incase of any delay caused due to stock.
At time of delivery.. the delivery provider may request for the customer to display their ID, e.g.Driving License, Emirates ID, to ensure delivery of product to the right customer.

Return policy important conditions
Please read all conditions below.
Computronic Trading LLC reserves the right to refuse a return / refund / exchange request, for products not found damaged, defective or dead on arrival.
Damaged Items during shipping
Please make your claims for "damaged items on delivery" or missing items within 12 hours of receipt of merchandise. If you have received any item with damaged outer packaging please inform the courier / delivery associate of the same, and also call us to inform of the same and share images of the damaged packaging, to allow us to verify the same.
If you decide to return your purchase, an unwanted gift or you have changed your mind, you can do so within 7days after your purchase.
The following conditions apply:
- To return an item please call us on +971 4 351 7337.
- All returned items must be in new condition (AS SOLD & DELIVERED IN ITS ORGINAL SEALED PACKAGING CONDITION), in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
- Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition as received. If the box has been opened we cannot return the item.
- Include the invoice with the return. If the goods are defective, please specify the defect, in a separate sheet of paper and attach it along with the invoice. Please DO NOT write or mark anywhere on the product's factory packing (carton) or product itself.
Goods must be returned to our Returns Department either by yourself, or sent by a courier.
- Delivery charges for returning an item(s) are to be paid and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Send pre-authorised returns to the address mentioned in the contact us page.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Cancelling an Order
Please notify us either by phone +971 4 351 7337 or email email@example.com. If you could let us know the reason for cancellation, we will improve our service and perhaps do things a little better next time.
If you decide to cancel the order, please do so as soon as possible. You can cancel the order within 12 hours. If the item has already been shipped to you, then we cannot cancel the order.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
